In conjunction with IATP and with sponsorship from NCR SARE, we are excited to present this field day for agriculture and conservation educators. With its native grasses, wetlands, ponds, and waterways, Willow Lake Farm is well-situated to demonstrate the advantages of adding conservation practices to conventional agriculture. Dr. Carrie Jennings of Minnesota Geological Survey and Tony Thompson, owner of Willow Lake Farm, will be speaking on various topics related to soil and water conservation and quality. Other speakers to be announced soon. Lunch will be made available during this event.
